Noelle K. Nish
Noelle is the managing member of Nish & Nish, where she oversees a diverse portfolio of legal services including residential and commercial real estate transactions, corporate relocation, family law proceedings, wills and estate planning and administration, estate litigation, and small business formation.
Noelle is the co-chair for the Morris County Bar Association and a volunteer attorney panelist for the Morris County Early Settlement Panel (ESP). She earned her Senior Certified Relocation Designation (SCRP) from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Counsel (WERC) and is an active member of the New Jersey Relocation Counsel. She is an alumnus of Seton Hall Law School.
Sherry W. Wheaton
Sherry is a highly experienced attorney specializing in residential real estate and estate planning. With over 30 years of experience and thousands of successful real estate closings, she is meticulous in her commitment to helping clients purchase and sell their homes, and is staunchly dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome.
Ms. Wheaton is a member of the New Jersey and Morris County Bar Associations as well as the Morristown Women in Business Network. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law. Her undergraduate degree was received from Smith College in Northampton, MA. When not practicing law, she has been a Deacon in her church and enjoys traveling, cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends.
